When you first join, your reputation starts at 0. This isn’t a bad thing—it simply means your account doesn’t have any history yet. From there, you can build your reputation by completing tasks. Each successfully completed task earns you 1 reputation point.
However, there are certain situations where your reputation may decrease:
- Chargebacks: If we receive a chargeback for a task you completed, your account will be restricted. If you appeal and the appeal is approved, your reputation score will return to 0.
- Terms Violations: Violating our Terms of Service, such as engaging in fraud, using a VPN, or attempting to game the system, may result in reputation deductions.
You cannot redeem rewards if your score is below 0.
To increase your reputation, do more tasks! Each task completed builds a stronger account history, which helps speed up your reward processing time.
Your reputation score determines not just how fast your rewards are processed but also your priority in the queue. Generally, users with higher reputations are processed first, while those with lower reputations are processed later.
For example:
- If two users request payouts and both have high reputations, the user with the higher reputation will typically have their reward processed first.
- Even if your reputation is high, you may still wait slightly longer if someone else has a higher score.
This system rewards active and trustworthy users by prioritizing them.
On average, reward payouts can range from as little as 1 hour to as long as 40 days, depending on your reputation and other factors. Users with negative reputation scores cannot redeem rewards until their score is at least 0.
While we strive to process rewards quickly, certain circumstances may cause delays. These include:
- Pending payments from business partners: If our partners haven’t yet paid us (we get paid on a NET-30 basis, meaning we get paid every 30 days), we won’t be able to process rewards until those funds are received.
- U.S. national holidays: These are holidays officially recognized by the United States government, during which financial institutions may close or operate on limited hours, causing delays.
- Bank holidays: These are holidays observed by Discover Bank, which may result in delayed transaction processing.
- Personal obligations: Since I'm a college student, there may occasionally be delays due to exams, assignments, or other personal responsibilities.
- Acts of God: Natural disasters, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events could disrupt operations and lead to unavoidable delays.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Maintaining a high reputation is key to faster payouts. Here are some tips to help you build and protect your score:
- Complete more tasks: The easiest way to increase your reputation is by actively participating and completing tasks.
- Be honest and fair: Avoid any attempts to scam the system or violate the rules.
- Don’t use VPNs: Using a VPN can flag your account and lower your score.
- Avoid fraud: Always act in good faith to maintain trust.
- Complete tasks once: Repeating or duplicating tasks unnecessarily can negatively impact your reputation.
If your reputation is low due to chargebacks or other issues, it will take time and effort to rebuild. Once your score reaches 0 or higher, you’ll regain access to redeeming rewards.
The reputation system is designed to ensure fairness and reward trustworthy users. The more tasks you complete and the more reputable you become, the faster your rewards will be processed—and the higher you’ll climb in the queue.
While we work hard to process rewards quickly, some delays may occur due to external factors like U.S. national holidays, Discover Bank holidays, personal obligations, or unavoidable circumstances. If you ever have questions or concerns about your reputation or reward payouts, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for being a valued part of our community!
