At myMM, we prioritize transparency and want you to understand how your information is collected, used, and shared. By using myMM, you explicitly agree to this Privacy Policy, and in doing so, you voluntarily waive any rights to other laws or protections that conflict with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the service. 

Deleting your account DOES NOT delete your non-identifying, logged information (see Section 3.1).

1.1 Personal Identifiable Information (PII):

• Required: Name and email address.
• Fraud Prevention (rarely requested): Phone number and/or mailing address may be collected when verification is needed to prevent fraud. This is only done when necessary and must not be a PO Box, UPS Store, Amazon locker, or similar.

1.2 Non-Personal Information:

• Your unique myMM UserID (not linked to your personal details).
• Data on tasks you complete, rewards redeemed, and platform activity.

2.1 To Operate myMM:

• Facilitate account services, task completion, reward earning, and redemption.

2.2 Fraud Prevention:

• Verify identity in case of suspected fraudulent activity.

2.3 Advertising Partnerships:

• Your actions on myMM (like completing offers) are visible to advertisers. However, your PII is never shared with them.

3. Sharing Your Information

3.1 Advertisers and Partners:

• We share your myMM UserID (not tied to your personal info) with third-party advertisers. They only receive non-identifying activity data (like task completion) to confirm tasks, better tailor ads, and improve our service as a whole.
• This non-identifying information cannot be deleted, even if your account is erased, as it serves as a ledger for fraud prevention and policy compliance.

3.2 Our Ad Network:

• Your activity is also shared with our internal advertisers under the same terms.

3.3 Legal Requirements:

• We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Security

While your data is stored privately, no system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee complete security.

5.1 Access and Update Your Information:

• You can access and update your account information via profile settings.

5.2 Opt-Out:

• By using myMM, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you disagree, stop using the platform.

5.3 Request Deletion:

• You can request account deletion. This will disable login and seize your Diamonds, but non-identifying activity data will still be retained.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of myMM means you accept any changes.
