At myMM, we are committed to creating a trustworthy and rewarding platform for our users. To maintain the integrity of our system and our relationships with partners, we enforce a strict policy against fraudulent activities. This document outlines the repercussions of fraud, the appeal process, and our rights as a business to protect against abuse.


Fraud and Its Consequences

Fraudulent activity on myMM is taken seriously. Fraud not only damages our platform’s reputation but also directly harms our partners, other users, and the financial stability of the system. Examples of fraud include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing false information to complete tasks.
  • Using unauthorized or deceptive methods to earn Diamonds.
  • Causing chargebacks that impact our financial agreements with partners.


If we receive notification of fraudulent activity from our partners:

  • Your account will be restricted immediately.
    • The Diamonds from the task will be removed, even if you don't have them.
    • A fee equal to 25% of the Diamonds charged back will be removed, even if you don't have them.
    • You will lose the ability to redeem Diamonds for rewards, until you complete 25 tasks (in which your reputation score will be 0).

  • You may be required to repay any financial losses caused by your actions.
    • This includes chargebacks initiated due to fraudulent tasks, if your Diamonds aren't enough to cover the damage.
    • Failure to repay may result in legal action to recover the funds owed.


Fraud is a violation of trust and fairness, and engaging in it has serious repercussions.


Right to Collect Damages

By using myMM, you agree to our terms of service, including our right to recover losses incurred due to fraud. If you owe us money as a result of chargebacks, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the platform:

  1. We reserve the right to seek repayment in full.
  2. If repayment is not made, we may pursue legal action, refer the matter to a collection agency, or sell your debt to a third-party.
  3. Any associated fees (e.g., legal or collection costs) will also be your responsibility.


Scamming isn’t cool, and the consequences aren’t worth it.


Appeal Process

If you believe your account restriction is a mistake, you may request an appeal by following these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact [email protected] from the email address connected to your myMM account.
  2. Provide Required Information:
    • Include your myMM username
    • Include the Offer ID tied to the chargeback (found in your ledger).
    • Provide any relevant details or documentation supporting your case.

Appeal Review

Once we receive your appeal:

  1. We will investigate the issue and communicate with our partners.
  2. We will inform you of the outcome:
    • If the chargeback is proven to be an error by our partners, your reputation score will be sat to 0 (allowing you to redeem Diamonds again), and the 25% penalty will be lifted. We cannot re-credit charged-back tasks, as we don't have those funds. It's the responsibility of our partners to pay those funds, if they are owed. If they are, they will reflect in your balance.
    • If the chargeback is valid, no changes will be made.

Final Decision

Our decision regarding appeals is final. We will not entertain further disputes once a determination has been made. If your appeal is denied, any attempt to circumvent account restrictions (e.g., creating new accounts) may result in permanent suspension and further action.
