Welcome to myMM, a rewarded engagement platform owned and operated by Vee Media / VMI Digital Ventures ("Vee Media", "myMM", "myMM Rewards"). By accessing or using our platform located at https://my.marshallsmom.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

1. General Use and Account Rules

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use myMM. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Minors under 18 must have parental or guardian create an account, in which they'll be the one bound to these Terms. Furthermore, you also agree to the Vee Media / VMI Digital Ventures Terms of Service Agreement.

1.2. Account Ownership: Your account is yours alone. Sharing accounts (with the sole exception of a parent or guardian allowing their account to be used by someone under the age of 18, in compliance with COPPA), creating multiple accounts, or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any rewards or balances.

1.3. Prohibited Tools: The use of ad blockers, VPNs, proxies, or any other tools or methods that interfere with the platform’s normal operation is not allowed. Violation of this rule may lead to immediate account suspension and potential permanent bans.

1.4. No Fraud or Exploitation: Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or defraud myMM, such as falsifying task completions or using unauthorized software, is strictly forbidden. We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and reserve the right to take legal action against violators.

2. Diamonds and Rewards

2.1. Understanding Diamonds: Diamonds are an in-app currency earned through completing tasks. They are for on-platform use only and hold no cash value, cannot be converted to fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any other tradable asset, and cannot be transferred, exported, or shared.

2.2. Reward Redemption: Rewards are not yours until you physically or digitally receive them. Redemption is subject to availability and compliance with these Terms.

2.3. Chargebacks: If we are subject to a chargeback due to your activity, we will deduct an equivalent amount of diamonds from your account, plus a 25% penalty on the offense. Furthermore, your reputation score will be sat to -25, preventing you from redeeming any Diamonds until you complete at least 25 more tasks (in which your reputation score will be 0). Repeated offenses, large offenses, or offenses resulting in a financial damage to us will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of rewards, and potential legal action or collection of funds. If your balance is insufficient to cover the chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies to recover the amount owed.

2.4. Restrictions After Chargebacks: If you incur a chargeback, all future diamonds earned will automatically go into your holding balance and will no longer be credited instantly. The privilege of receiving instant diamonds is permanently revoked. Note that instant diamonds are only available for select offers, subject to availability, and contingent on compliance with these Terms.

3. Fraud Prevention

3.1. Zero-Tolerance Policy: Fraudulent behavior or violations of these Terms will result in strict penalties, including withholding diamonds, account suspension, permanent bans, and legal action.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

4.1. Service "As Is": myMM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4.2. No Guarantee of Rewards: Completing tasks does not guarantee diamond earnings or reward eligibility. Rewards are subject to availability and compliance.

4.3. Platform Adjustments: We may modify or terminate any aspect of the platform, including diamond values, tasks, or reward offerings, at any time without prior notice.

4.4. Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vee Media disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the platform.

4.5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. You waive your right to a jury trial and participation in any class action lawsuits.

5. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how your data is collected, stored, and used.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or harmful behavior. Termination may include forfeiture of all diamonds, rewards, and account balances.

7. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued use of myMM after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
