Sponetize ToS

Sponetize is a service operated by Vee Media, the creator of myMM Rewards. By using Sponetize, you agree to the myMM Rewards Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, with the modifications and exceptions listed below. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Sponetize platform.

These terms apply specifically to creators using Sponetize to share sponsored content with their audience. All other terms from myMM Rewards apply unless modified below.

• Sponetize and myMM Rewards are separate platforms with independent accounts.

• You cannot link your Sponetize account with your myMM Rewards account.

• Points on Sponetize and Diamonds on myMM Rewards are not interchangeable or convertible between platforms.

• Sponetize is intended solely for creators. As a Creator, you earn Points when fans complete verified sponsored tasks via your personal Sponetize link.

• Unlike myMM Rewards, you are not completing tasks yourself; you are credited based on your fans’ activity.

• No reputation system is in place for Creators on Sponetize, as task completions come from fans, not you directly.

• The myMM Rewards chargeback and fraud policies still apply. Points earned from reversed or fraudulent tasks will be deducted.

• Any attempt to manipulate traffic, impersonate fans, or encourage fraudulent completions will result in:

  • Immediate termination of your Sponetize account,

  • Forfeiture of all Points, and

  • Potential legal action.

4. Withdrawing Points

• Withdraw Timeframe
• Whenever a task is completed by a fan, its rewarded to the creator as Points. This is typically instant, but can take up to a couple days.
• However, just because you have the points doesn't mean we have the money to pay you in that instant! Our sponsors pay us on a NET-30 basis, meaning we actually have the earnings 30 days after the completion of the task. This allows our sponsors time to detect and prevent fraud.
• While getting your withdraw sooner is absolutely a possibility, please be prepared to wait up to 35 days for our sponsor to pay us, our bank transfer to go thru, and our payment to go to you as USD or an eGift card.
• While you are able to instantly redeem your Points for a withdraw, you're essentially pre-ordering your withdraw for as soon as humanly possible (typically no longer than 35 days).
• The sooner you withdraw, the faster we can get it to you.
• In extremely rare cases where your account poses a significant risk (including but not limited to a new account or a large withdraw), your withdraw can take up to 60 days.
• We reserve the right to pause, postpone, or deny a withdraw in the event fraud is suspected.
• The withdraw is not yours until...
• The USD enters your PayPal or Stripe account balance, or
• The eGift Card link enters your inbox and you redeem it via the link within the thirty (30) day timeframe.
• Our policy on chargebacks is the same as myMM Rewards: If the sponsor charges back for a sponsorship due to fraud, the Points from the sponsorship + a 25% penalty will be deducted from your balance.
• If you don't have enough Points to cover the deduction and penalty, your account will enter the negative. You'll need to either...
• Promote more sponsorships until your balance is positive again, or
• Pay the outstanding balance, in addition to Stripe processing fees.
• Refer to the myMM Rewards ToS to see our rights in handling negative account balances.
  

• as USD (via Ko-Fi Payment)

• Due to US tax laws, there is a $599 annual cap for Ko-Fi payments. If you meet this limit, you cannot withdraw more until January 1st. You can always withdraw Points as eGift Cards.

• Once you redeem, after our review, a card payment will be made to your Ko-Fi page. Depending on your Ko-Fi configuration, after appicable processing fees, your funds will be sent to your PayPal or Stripe account. Your Ko-Fi page must be configured to accept USD.

• as eGift Cards

• Once you redeem, after our review, you will receive a link to your email on-file from [email protected]. Please note that you have 30 days after the link being sent to click the link and redeem your gift card. It is your responsibility to redeem a card within 30 days. We do not resend links under any circumstances.

• See the gift cards available in the catalog (USD options only) at Giftbit Rewards Catalog. If you want a gift card that's not listed, you can request it at Catalog Request.

Part 2 — Additional Terms for Fans

These terms apply to individuals who engage with sponsored content by clicking a Sponetize link.

• When you click a Creator's Sponetize link, the system creates a randomized cookie that assigns you a UserID.

• This UserID is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information. It is solely used to:

  • Differentiate between unique fans,

  • Verify legitimate engagement, and

  • Prevent spam or fraudulent traffic.

• Sponetize uses automatic systems to detect non-human traffic.

• If the platform identifies you as a bot or fraudulent user, you may be:

  • Blocked from accessing the platform,

  • Permanently restricted from future engagement,

  • Denied credit to the associated Creator.

General Terms (Apply to All Users)

• The myMM Rewards Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to all Sponetize users unless otherwise stated above.

• Sponetize is offered “as-is” and “as-available.” Vee Media is not liable for any damages or losses arising from use of the platform.

• All intellectual property, branding, and code are owned by Vee Media and may not be copied or misused.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. You waive your right to a jury trial and participation in any class action lawsuits.
